Position Overview:

SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with minimum 5 years of experience, The candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between the SAP support team and project execution teams, ensuring that SAP PS functionalities are fully leveraged to support business-critical project management processes. Functional expertise preferred, candidate should have solid coordination skills.

Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Role & responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PS module across capital and operational projects.
Collaborate with project managers, finance controllers, and SAP functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Map business requirements to SAP PS functionalities including Project Structuring - WBS elements, networks, milestones, and project definitions. Planning & Budgeting: Cost planning, budgeting,



and availability control.
Experience in integration and full utilization of SAP PS capabilities with modules like FI/CO, MM, SD
Settlement Reporting: Period-end closing, settlement rules, and performance analytics.
Coordinate with SAP technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and interface integrations.
Support, project lifecycle activities including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure within SAP.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
Solid understanding of project management principles and their mapping in SAP PS.
Provide training, documentation, and support to project and business users.
SAP Certification in PS module (preferred)
