Key Responsibilities
Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Handle international holiday packages, flight bookings, hotels, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer information.

Requirements
15 years of relevant experience in Travel Sales, Tour Operations, Ticketing,



or a related travel role.
Positive knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday packages.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to handle sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
IATA certification/course is preferred.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
