Role & Responsibilities
Looking for a Business Analyst to act as a Product Specialist for our AI-powered sell-side CRM platform.
You will bridge business, product, and AI
driving use cases, refining features, and ensuring solid client adoption.
Understand Product and act as the subject matter expert
Gather requirements and convert them into user stories/specs
Define and refine AI use cases (chatbots, insights, recommendations)
Work closely with engineering and AI teams on implementation
Engage with clients for demos, onboarding, and feedback
Analyze data and validate AI outputs for business relevance

Qualifications
2+ years as a Business/Product Analyst
Experience with CRM or financial workflows (sell-side preferred)
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
Solid preference for candidates with exposure to data, analytics, or financial markets Preferred Skills
Certifications or coursework in Business Analysis, Product Management, or AI/ML.
Basic understanding of AI/LLMs and data-driven products.
