HR Executive/senior executive Hospital / Healthcare

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a robust Healthcare/Hospital background to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities in a hospital setting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative positions.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate interviews with HODs and management and ensure timely candidate follow-up.

Handle joining formalities, documentation, onboarding, and employee records.

Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and vacancy status.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and employee-related records.

Assist in attendance, leave, employee engagement, and other HR operational activities.





Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital HR policies.

Coordinate with employees and HODs for HR-related queries and concerns.

Support HR audits, NABH-related documentation, and other hospital compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong recruitment and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Professional approach with solid follow-up skills.

Eligibility:

Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or a relevant field.

Relevant experience in hospital/healthcare HR is mandatory.

Prior experience in healthcare recruitment will be preferred.
