We are seeking a Senior Formulation Lead Nutraceuticals to drive the development of high-quality, science-backed nutraceutical formulations. This role is critical to building a robust product pipeline aligned with market demand, regulatory standards, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative nutraceutical formulations across formats — tablets, capsules, powders, soft gels, gummies, and more.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, and applicable export regulations throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with contract manufacturers for product development, clinical trials, and scale-up execution.

Lead Recent Product Development (NPD) end-to-end — from concept ideation to commercial launch.

Partner with procurement for raw material selection, supplier evaluation, and cost optimisation.

Validate formulations for efficacy, stability, and shelf life in line with quality benchmarks.

Support product claims, labelling, and regulatory documentation across categories.





Align formulations with consumer insights and digital marketing positioning to strengthen brand narratives.

Continuously track global ingredient trends, innovations, and competitive benchmarks.

Key Requirements

Proven track record in leading NPD projects from lab scale to commercial production.

Technical Expertise

Solid knowledge of functional ingredients, botanicals, adaptogens, and dietary supplements.

Experience working with third-party / contract manufacturers across production and QC stages.

Familiarity with FSSAI, AYUSH regulatory frameworks, and export compliance requirements.

Ability to balance innovation with compliance imperatives and cost constraints.
