Roles & Responsibilities Project Engineer / Site In-Charge
Plan, supervise, and manage daily site activities.
Ensure construction work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
Monitor quality, safety, materials, and manpower at site.
Check project progress and prepare regular site reports.
Resolve site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
Ensure proper material planning and minimize wastage.
Maintain project documentation and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Complete projects within the planned time, quality, and budget.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10 -15 years in construction/project execution.
Strong knowledge of residential/commercial building construction.
Positive knowledge of drawings, estimation, BOQ, and site execution.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
Robust knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
Willingness to work at construction sites and meet project deadlines.
