We work with brands across jewellery, fashion, home décor, skincare, beauty, and lifestyle, managing Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, and full-funnel Google Ads strategies focused on measurable revenue growth.

The Role

/n

We're looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who can independently manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our D2C eCommerce clients.

/n

You'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of campaign execution across multiple brands, and gradually contribute to account strategy, planning, and growth.

/n

This is not a support role.

/n

From day one, you'll be expected to run campaigns, analyse performance, make bidding and budget decisions, identify opportunities, and communicate results confidently.

What You'll Do

- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns for D2C eCommerce brands.
/n
- Optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds,



including titles, descriptions, product types, custom labels, and feed health.
/n
- Conduct keyword research, build negative keyword lists, and maintain search-term hygiene across accounts.
/n
- Monitor daily spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.
/n
- Identify performance issues, budget anomalies, tracking problems, and campaign inefficiencies proactively.
/n
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
/n
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify actionable growth opportunities.
/n
- Prepare performance reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
/n
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly during weekly or fortnightly client calls.
/n
- Work closely with the founder on account strategy, seasonal campaigns, budget planning, and recent client onboarding.
/n
