Compensation: ₹5-5.5 LPA

Shift: 5 Days from Office, 1 day WFH (9-hour shift + 1 hour break)

As a Guest Delight Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers, offering outstanding support through calls, chat, and email.

/n

You'll simplify the visa application journey, resolve queries, and ensure every traveler feels supported throughout the process.

- Deliver timely and professional support across calls, chat, and email.

- Resolve visa-related concerns with empathy and accuracy.

- Gain deep knowledge of visa products and services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

- Document interactions in CRM systems.

- Follow up to ensure complete resolution.

- Suggest process improvements and identify inefficiencies.
