Purpose of the Job:

As a Training Associate you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationship with customer and forging robust confidence
/n
- Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training.
/n
- Training opticians through conferences / seminar
/n
- Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometrist
/n
- Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases
/n
- Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easily
/n

/n

Experience & Qualification Required:

/n

/n
- Bachelor's in optometry with Min 1-3 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment
/n
- Excellent communication skills.
/n
- Person should be willing to travel extensively.
/n
