Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities across PAN India.
Research and identify potential clients requiring staffing and recruitment services.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Teams, Business Heads, and other decision-makers.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for fulfilment.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule client meetings and product/service presentations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other client-related documentation as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Meet assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, staffing requirements, and industry developments.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Ability to conduct client research through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, and other sources.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
