Sales Executive B2B Steel Sales

Sanjay Sales Private Limited (SSPL) is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing customer relationships, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B sales leads through cold calling, references, market visits, networking, and other channels.
Identify and approach customers in manufacturing, fabrication, infrastructure, engineering, solar EPC, and related industries.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements regarding steel products, grades, sizes, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, follow up on enquiries, and close orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer requirements.
Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, or relevant field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B, industrial, steel, metal, or construction material sales preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for customer meetings.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Existing B2B/industrial customer network will be an advantage.
