• Supervise and execute all civil finishing activities including plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, stone cladding, false ceiling, and interior finishing works.
• Ensure finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage and monitor workforce, subcontractors, and daily site activities to achieve planned targets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC teams, and contractors for smooth execution of finishing works.
• Inspect workmanship quality and ensure timely rectification of defects and snag points.
• Monitor material consumption and ensure proper utilization of resources at site.
• Maintain daily progress records, manpower reports, and work completion status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Assist in project handover activities and ensure timely closure of finishing-related observations.
• Report site progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the concerned Engineer/Site Incharge.
