Assistant Accountant — JustBLR Group (Bangalore, Full time, In-house)
We're not looking for someone passing through. We want someone who wants to build real depth in one place and stay.
You should be:
Independent on Tally — day-to-day entries, ledgers, vouchers, no hand-holding
Solid on accounting fundamentals — journal entries, ledgers, trial balance
Confident doing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on your own
Comfortable with vendor/purchase reconciliation and basic GST/TDS handling
Looking for stability — 2+ years minimum, ideally much longer
Reports to our Senior Accountant. Real numbers, real responsibility, room to grow with the company as it scales.
