Role & responsibilities
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and detailed interior concepts.
Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, color schemes, and finish specifications.
Create and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
Coordinating with the Site execution team on the design implementation.
Select and recommend quality plywood, laminates, hardware, profiles, glass, and other materials.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, material requirements, and project estimates when required.
Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, finishing, and design accuracy.
Coordinate with clients regularly and provide updates on design and execution.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Resolve design or site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, material selections, and approvals.
Ensure the final project meets Diligent Interiors quality and finishing standards.
