Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Explain company products/services, offers, and policies to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure proper service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while communicating with customers.
