Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - Recent Delhi

Your key responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of disability inclusion initiatives for State Government departments and agencies.
Provide technical expertise on disability rights, accessibility standards, universal design, and inclusive governance.
Develop creative and practical solutions to address challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
Support state governments in formulating policies, strategies, schemes, and programs related to disability inclusion.
Conduct research, assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improving accessibility and inclusion.
Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for evidence-based decision-making.
Develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track program outcomes and impact.




Coordinate with government officials, development partners, NGOs, and disabled persons' organizations (DPOs).
