SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to manage platform support, technical governance, integrations, security, releases and AMS partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage L2/L3 support, incidents, SLAs, RCA and escalations.
Support SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, reports, data loads and testing.
Manage releases, patches, regression testing and production readiness.
Administer RBP, user access, security and audit requirements.
Support SAP CPI/SuccessFactors integrations and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with HR, IT and AMS partners for enhancements and issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and support processes.

Requirements
5+ years in HR Technology/SAP SuccessFactors/HRIS.
3+ years hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
Experience in 3+ modules, preferably Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
Knowledge of Admin Center, RBP, workflows, business rules and MDF.
Exposure to SAP CPI/BTP, APIs and SSO is preferred.
