What this job involves:
Overseeing groundbreaking greenfield projects from initiation to completion
Managing cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration
Implementing innovative and sustainable practices to enhance project efficiency
Handling budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring junior team members and supporting their career development

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
10 to 15 years of experience leading greenfield projects in a senior role
Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time,
within-budget delivery
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Solid financial management and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
Strong background in implementing innovative and sustainable practices
