Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets.
Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
Handle client interactions, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Track and report sales performance metrics and activities.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Manage customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
