We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Responsibilities Technical Excellence
Proficient in MS Office Suite for preparing analyses, reports,



and client-ready deliverables with accuracy and efficiency.
Skilled in creating explicit, structured presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and transformation plans effectively.
Strong drafting capabilities for developing proposals, reports, meeting notes, and advisory documentation.
Experienced in supporting project management activities including tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining execution discipline.
Ability to apply AI and technology tools to enhance consulting productivity, business transformation analysis, and government advisory work.

Qualifications
Graduation (Bachelor's Degree), Master of Business Administration

Experience
Project Execution (5+ Years)

Ability to work in a team-oriented manner across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
