Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization qualified with hands-on experience in Interaction Studio / SFMC Personalization to design and implement real-time personalization solutions. The candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver personalized customer experiences across web, mobile, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) solutions.
Design and deploy personalization campaigns, recommendations, and customer journeys.
Integrate web, mobile, and other digital platforms with SFMC Personalization using APIs and SDKs.
Configure user profiles, behavioral tracking, and event data collection.
Build segments, triggers, and real-time targeting rules.
Develop A/B tests and optimization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to define personalization strategies.




Troubleshoot implementation issues and optimize performance.
Ensure best practices for data privacy, governance, and personalization logic.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
Robust knowledge of real-time personalization and customer journey orchestration.
Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end integrations.
Experience integrating APIs and web SDKs.
Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting rules, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with marketing automation and digital marketing concepts.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.).
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud are a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
