Role & responsibilities

The Operations Manager will provide overall leadership for the organization's operations within the state, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Lead large-scale, multi-location operations and ensure achievement of service and organizational goals.

Drive effective project delivery in line with agreed SLAs, government agreements, and tender requirements.

Build and maintain solid relationships with State Government, district administration, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.

Lead, develop, and engage a large and diverse workforce while building a high-performance culture.

Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, automation, and optimal resource utilization.

Ensure effective coordination across Operations and support functions, including HR, Finance, Technology, Quality, Fleet, SCM, T&D;,



and Marketing.

Manage budgets and ensure strong financial discipline and compliance.

Strengthen the organization's brand and reputation within the state.

Identify recent business opportunities, support tender participation, proposal development, project launch, and stabilization.

Preferred candidate profile

18+ years of experience in managing large-scale operations/projects.

Proven experience in leading large teams across multiple locations.

Strong exposure to Government/PPP projects, stakeholder management, or tender-based businesses is preferred.

Strong leadership, execution, financial management, and people development capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic setting.
