The prospect: Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi

Responsibilities Technical Excellence
Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery with solid project management and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams. Demonstrated capability in developing high-quality advisory outputs through quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring & evaluation, and impact assessment. Strong proficiency in report writing, presentation development, and translating insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in proposal development, business development support, and client relationship management for social sector and CSR engagements. Ability to manage teams and mentor junior resources, with added value from exposure to CSR compliance,



government interfaces, and impact measurement frameworks.

Qualifications
Masters in Social Science

Experience
5+ years in social sector
