Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Workday Developer (Integrations)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer to join a large-scale enterprise Workday Financials implementation. This is a highly technical, integration-focused role not a functional configuration position. You'll be building integrations and orchestrations that connect Workday to numerous downstream business systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and orchestrations, primarily supporting Workday Financials
Develop complex custom integrations using Workday Studio
Build custom applications/workflows using Workday Extend
Create and manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads
Work with Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) to enable data exchange between Workday and external systems
Troubleshoot integration failures, manage error handling,



and ensure reliable data flow across systems

Must-Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Workday Studio
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend
EIB development (inbound/outbound)
Workday APIs / Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Solid understanding of integration design, data mapping, and troubleshooting
Workday Financials exposure preferred (Suppliers, Invoices, Journals, Cost Centers, etc.)

Positive to Have
Prior ERP integration experience (SAP / Oracle Financials / Oracle SCM) transitioning into Workday
Candidates with robust Oracle SCM integration background are also welcome to apply
XSLT/XML/XPath experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale program environment.
