Role & responsibilities
Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy processing.
Maintain inward records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Prepare MIS reports and track policy-related data.
Follow up on customer service requests and claims status.
Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining TAT and service quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 1 years of experience in General Insurance Operations/Back Office.
Positive knowledge of policy processing, renewals, and endorsements.
Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
