Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate student engagement activities and initiatives
Calling and follow up on admission leads to achieve batch launch, admission conversion targets and maintaining daily calling progress
Connect to irregular students to retain them in program and handle student queries and provide timely support
Ensure effective communication between students and the support team
Maintain consistent communication with students regarding schedules, updates, and relevant announcements
Collect and analyse feedback from students about training sessions to identify areas for improvement
Ensure full adherence to and implementation of the Data protection
Open to perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Managing internal systems (LMS/Pulse), maintaining MIS, other reports of student attendance, activity, engagement logs and program success
Coordinate with College/ITI/Other Institution SPOCs for aligning the training session
Requirements
Computer & basic technical proficiency (MS Office, Google drive, emails, record keeping, online meeting platforms)
Prior experience in student engagement, counselling, or customer service is a plus
Comfortable working with youth and managing group dynamics
Must be open for travelling for supporting in various activities during the project
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Min Bachelors degree with the minimum experience of 1year
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Cheerful, approachable, and student-friendly personality
Ready for Immediate joining
