Client Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients requesting marketing materials.
Gather all necessary information and translate client needs into transparent briefs for the design and video editing team.
Coordinate task timelines, provide updates, and ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
Review and proof materials before sending to clients to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Maintain a structured tracking system for requests, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify commonly needed materials and propose template-driven solutions.
Occasionally assist with scheduling or organizing social media content.
Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows and elevating the client experience.

2 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, project support, or client services role.
Work Location: Thrissur
Work time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
