Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Sr. MEP Engineer to oversee MEP activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP activities at the construction site.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works with civil and other project teams.
Review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper quality control of MEP installations.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Check material requirements, specifications, and availability at site.
Monitor testing, commissioning,



and handover of MEP systems.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and company standards.
Support quantity verification, measurements, and certification of MEP works.
Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management and consultants.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MEP services in building/construction projects.
Good understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related MEP systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Strong site execution and project coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of quality control and testing & commissioning procedures.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of relevant MEP software will be an advantage.

Eligibility
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Experience: 5–9 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Candidates with solid building/project site execution experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
