Are you an experienced procurement skilled with strong expertise in procurement, vendor development, negotiation, cost optimization and strategic sourcing?

VR Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Purchase Manager to join our team and drive efficient, cost-effective and timely procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, bought out materials, consumables, components and equipment
Identify, develop and evaluate reliable vendors
Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules
Drive cost reduction and procurement efficiency
Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production
Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery commitments
RFQs, comparative statements and Purchase Orders
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Finance and Engineering teams
Maintain procurement MIS, budgets and vendor records




Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes

Preferred candidate profile

DME/ BE / B.Tech / MBA / PG in Materials Management or Supply Chain preferred

6 -10 Years of Relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement in a manufacturing environment

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Positive knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel

Solid analytical, commercial and communication skills

Experience in cost reduction and strategic sourcing will be an advantage
