Job description

As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be leading the designing and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale Pega Decisioning solutions. You will mentor junior team members, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet critical business needs. This role offers the chance to significantly impact our clients' success while further developing your expertise in Pega Decisioning.

Required Skills
Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x experience preferred).
Proven, direct hands-on project experience working with the Pega Smart Investigate framework,



Smart Dispute Framework and a deep operational understanding of global Payment Systems and banking regulations.
Mandatory Certification: Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certifications.
BPM Capabilities: Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions.
Database & Integrations: Strong experience handling SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols.
System Integration: Design and configure secure enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners) to link Pega with external banking ledgers and core transaction systems.
Agile Delivery: Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and contemporary Scrum frameworks.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams to contribute to reusable platform components, modernization efforts, and mentoring of junior engineer
