Achieve department sales and revenue targets
Manage and motivate department staff
Monitor stock, inventory, and product displays

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 5 to 8 years of retail experience in Apparel Sales(Mens,Women's,Kids Wear, Saree)
Experience in team handling and department/store operations.
Solid sales and target achievement record.
Good knowledge of inventory and merchandising.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced workplace.
