We are seeking a agile and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive business development for our electrical panel solutionsincluding control panels, MCCs, PCCs, and automation panels—across industrial and process sectors. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical knowledge with a consultative sales approach to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in target industries (e.g., power, chemical, pharma, OEMs, EPCs)
Promote and sell electrical panels and related automation solutions
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical-commercial offers
Coordinate with design and production teams for customized panel solutions
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and close orders
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users
