Hiring: Sales Trainer Policybazaar

Location: Mumbai Malad West

Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales, process, product and refresher training for recent and existing employees.
Identify training gaps through TNA, performance analysis and feedback.
Conduct classroom training, OJT, coaching and upskilling sessions.
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and counselling.
Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity, conversion and sales performance.
Prepare training reports, assessment scores and performance updates.
Maintain records of training sessions, feedback and follow-up activities.

Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Sales Training / Process Training, preferably in BPO, BFSI or Insurance.
Robust knowledge of sales techniques, product training and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Solid coaching and mentoring abilities.
Candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
