Experience

Experience in physiological assessment and monitoring of athletes.
Knowledge of exercise testing and interpretation of physiological parameters.
Understanding of training-load monitoring and athlete performance assessment.
Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to exercise physiology.
Experience working with multidisciplinary sports science teams.

Responsibilities
Assist in conducting physiological assessments and exercise testing of athletes.
Monitor and record key physiological parameters to evaluate athlete fitness, performance, and adaptation to training.
Assist in interpreting physiological assessment and exercise-testing results to identify performance-related insights.
Support training-load monitoring and analysis to assist in optimizing athlete training programmes.
Assist in developing individualized, evidence-based interventions in coordination with the multidisciplinary sports science team.




Maintain accurate athlete physiological assessment records, databases, and monitoring reports.
Support research activities related to exercise physiology, athlete performance, recovery, and training adaptation.
Prepare assessment reports, data summaries, presentations, and performance insights for coaches and relevant stakeholders.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of physiological monitoring and performance-assessment protocols.

Mandatory:
Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Medical Physiology, Human Physiology, Sports & Exercise Physiology, Life Sciences, or Biological Sciences from a recognized University/Institution.
OR PG Diploma in Exercise Physiology from NSNIS, Patiala.

Desirable:
Knowledge of physiological assessment, exercise testing, and athlete monitoring.

Familiarity with physiological data analysis and evidence-based sports performance practices.
