Role & responsibilities
Develop and optimize oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations including tablets, capsules, and modified-release products.
Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and stability assessments.
Scale-up and technology transfer of formulations from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
Prepare and review technical documents including batch records, development reports, and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, Regulatory) for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
