QA/QC Executive Job Description

Job Summary

The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per company specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, specifications, COA and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety and quality standards.
Monitor batch-to-batch product consistency and identify quality deviations.
Handle non-conformance, root cause analysis and CAPA.
Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for quality improvement.
Maintain calibration and proper functioning of laboratory/testing instruments.




Assist in customer complaint investigation and corrective actions.
Support internal/external quality audits and statutory compliance.
Maintain proper laboratory housekeeping and chemical safety practices.

Qualification

B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience

2–5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry.
