Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Adhesive Sales Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technical sales and eager to develop expertise in industrial adhesives. The successful candidate will support sales operations, engage with clients, and provide technical guidance on adhesive solutions for various industrial applications.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase adhesive solutions.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
Support post-sales activities, including troubleshooting and customer training.




To be based out in Hosur or nearby and able to work from Hosur branch.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into sales opportunities.
Basic knowledge of industrial adhesives and their applications (preferred but not required).
Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
