Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for large enterprise clients.
Build relationships with CFOs, Heads of Tax, and Finance leaders.
Support client onboarding, implementation, and go-live.
Resolve complex GST, e-invoicing, ERP integration, and ITC issues.
Act as a Tax SME and work with Product & Engineering teams.
Convert client feedback and tax requirements into product improvements.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Solid practical knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, ITC reconciliation, and financial compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proactive and customer-focused approach.
