About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, extroverted Inside Sales Executive to handle high-volume sales calling and lead follow-ups for international clients. You must have flawless spoken English and a robust drive to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and pitch solutions.
Rigorously follow up with leads via phone and email to close sales.
Understand client requirements, handle objections, and build relationships.
Maintain call logs and track client status in the CRM.

Requirements
Education: Convent-educated / English medium background.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency with explicit diction.
Personality: Highly extroverted, confident, and persuasive over the phone.
Shift: Comfortable working the 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST night shift.
WFH Setup: Own laptop/PC, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
