We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of packaging machines at customer locations, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Installation: Install packaging machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and commissioning.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them efficiently.
Customer Support: Provide prompt and qualified support to customers, addressing service requests and technical queries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams for smooth installations and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
Qualification: ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in servicing packaging machines or similar industrial equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and packaging machine operations.
Age Criteria: 25 to 35 years.
Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
