Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding current employees.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of bulk hiring procedures and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
