Qualifications
CA qualification with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance/Controllership

Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Handle General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
Prepare MIS, financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports
Analyze financial performance, variances, profitability, and key business drivers
Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulations
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Prepare cash flow analysis,



budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reports
Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements
Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and finance system automation
Leverage ERP and data analytics tools to improve reporting and financial decision-making

Skills
Proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics
