Looking for a skilled Manager - MEP to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and executing projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide corrective actions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.





Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or related field.
Solid knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and other project management software.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
