Role & responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance work in the South-India Region, with the following duties:
Plan maintenance and repair work schedules to provide customers with satisfactory after-sales service.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance at customer locations in accordance with their repair schedules.
Analyze product malfunctions and establish a database.
Responsible for the filing and management of repair reports.
Responsible for relevant testing and inspection of company products.
Responsible for tracking and handling abnormal conditions.
Provide customers with correct product usage and maintenance knowledge.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

An individual With Pastic injection molding experience.
