Required Qualifications & Skills:1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales of raw materials for the plastics industry.
3. In-depth understanding of plastic processing techniques, applications, and market dynamics.
4. Well-connected within the South India plastics manufacturing ecosystem.
5. Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and a proactive approach.
7. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.8. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business growth across South India.
Develop recent business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers in the coatings and paints industry.
