Key Responsibilities
Generate current business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic/referral partners regularly.
Promote the company's diagnostic tests, health packages, and laboratory services.
Develop and maintain robust skilled relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer/referral network.
Conduct regular market visits and gather information about competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Follow up with existing clients and referral partners to increase business volume.
Coordinate with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Organize and participate in health camps, doctor meetings, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with clients/accounts wherever required.
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, visits, conversions,



and business generated.
Required Skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Basic knowledge of diagnostic/pathology services will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in diagnostic, healthcare, or medical sales will be preferred.
