Role & responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews with candidates.

Shortlist relevant candidates and share profiles with the hiring team/client.

Explain job responsibilities, salary, perks, work location, and other employment details to candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to joining.

Maintain updated candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Conduct regular follow-ups to improve interview attendance and joining ratios.

Assist in bulk hiring and multiple-position recruitment when required.

Maintain qualified relationships with candidates and clients.

Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
