Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results and report defects to the development team.
Participate in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of back office operations and treasury functions.
Experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably in an agile workplace.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a quick-paced workplace.
Strong understanding of financial systems and regulations, with relevant experience.
