A Packaging Manager directs the daily operations, design, and strategy of a companys product packaging line to ensure goods are secure, cost-effective, and ready for market

Key Responsibilities
Supervise Operations: Oversee packing lines, warehouse workflows, and staff schedules to meet daily production goals.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain safety standards, regulatory rules, and quality control metrics.
Material & Budget Management: Source packaging materials, track inventory levels, and cut waste to save money.
Cross-Department Teamwork: Work closely with logistics, marketing, and production teams from product concept to final delivery.
Staff Training: Hire, train, and manage shift workers and packaging supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have prior experience in the Plastic Industry.

Candidate should have experience in independently managing the entire store operations

Must Have technical packaging expertise
