Job Description: Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. • Build a solid pipeline of companies, startups, freelancers, and professionals looking for coworking and flexible office spaces. • Handle inbound leads generated via digital marketing, website queries, or partner referrals. • Research local market segments to discover new business prospects in your assigned territory.
Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding • Connect with prospects to understand workspace requirements such as budget, preferred location, number of seats, and required amenities. • Share suitable coworking options from CoConnect Spaces partner network. • Coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual tours, and follow-up calls.
Sales Support & Coordination • Assist in preparing proposals and sharing pricing details with clients.



• Support the sales team in moving leads through the sales funnel and achieving monthly targets. • Coordinate with partner coworking centres to ensure smooth client visits and onboarding.
Lead Management & Reporting • Regularly update lead status, client details, and deal progress in CRM or tracking tools. • Share daily and weekly reports on lead follow-ups, client feedback, and activity status. • Track lead sources and report on outreach performance.
Market Knowledge • Stay updated on coworking spaces, new centre openings, and pricing trends in the assigned territory. • Share insights from client interactions and market research with the sales team.
Relationship Building • Maintain qualified communication with clients throughout their search and decision-making process. • Support in building long-term client relationships and identifying repeat business opportunities.
Team Support • Work closely with team members, sharing updates, challenges, and suggestions to achieve collective sales goals.
